Hi! I’m Marzena.

I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Endo Warrior.

I was diagnosed with PCOS first in my late 20’s and then with Endometriosis in my 30’s.

After years of restrictive diets, contraception pill, sleepless nights and being completely burned out, I decided to try a more holistic approach to my health focusing on nutrition, lifestyle changes and stress management.

Since then not only my health improved, but I became passionate about women’s health and everything hormone related. My mission is to give you tools to work with your body rather than being at war with it.
