My approach to working with clients

I use a functional medicine approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of health concerns, rather than simply managing symptoms. I look at you, your story, and your body holistically—as a whole, not as a collection of separate systems.

During our work together, we create a plan collaboratively, so you can introduce changes at your own pace and on your own terms. I don’t use restrictive diets—instead, I design personalised nutrition plans tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.

I don’t believe in one “golden rule” for every health issue, which is why my recommendations are always customised to you and aligned with your personal health goals.

 

1-1 Personalised Nutrition Programmes

We’ll begin with a free discovery call — a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we explore your health goals and see whether we’re a good fit to work together. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on for you, especially around symptoms such as painful periods, hormonal imbalances or suspected endometriosis, and I’ll explain how I can support you in feeling stronger, more energised and back in control of your body.

From there, you can choose a stand-alone initial consultation to get started. If you’re ready to work more deeply and create lasting change, I also offer personalised packages with ongoing support. These include regular check-ins, WhatsApp access between sessions, accountability, and clear nutritional and lifestyle guidance — all tailored to your body, your cycle and your real life.

Advanced testing support
I also specialise in genetic and hormone testing, including Lifecode GX and DUTCH testing.
These can be recommended after your first consultation if appropriate, or I can analyse results if you’ve already had testing done prior to working together.
